Terms of trade
Luminaires must be purchased through an automated plumber or dealer. See our dealer list in the upper right corner.
Orders are delivered with GLS in Denmark. Delivery takes place on weekdays typically between 07-16.00 with the exception of public holidays. Orders are delivered with UPS to private and corporate addresses internationally via either GLS or UPS. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but as our products are handmade, delivery times of up to several weeks can occur on our luminaires. We therefore recommend that you order your products well in advance. It is possible to receive built-in bodies for walling in advance, such requests are sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders can also be picked up at TONI Copenhagen by appointment at Lykkesholms Allé 11a during opening hours.
Returns and complaints:
Please return the product in original packaging and in unused condition. Upon return of a used / defective product, TONI Copenhagen reserves the right to make a reduction in the purchase price upon refund.
Products can be returned to TONI Copenhagen at Lykkesholm Allé 11A, 1902 Frederiksberg C.
The item must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay for shipping when returning the item and bear the risk for the package / item until we receive it.
In the event of complaints, please contact TONI Copenhagen's customer service at email@example.com or +45 36 70 14 22. Please provide your web order number upon request.
Complaints without prior contact with customer service will mean extended processing time, cf. section 20 of the Consumer Contracts Act.
Testing of the item and packaging upon return:
As far as possible, you must return the item in the original packaging. Missing or damaged original packaging can reduce the value of the item. You should therefore always make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk of the package / item until we receive it. Therefore save the receipt and possibly track and trace number.
You are only liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the product, which is due to other handling of the product than what is necessary to determine the nature of the product, its properties and the way in which it works.
Refund of the money:
When you regret your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, except the delivery costs after we have received the product.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received your notice of cancellation. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned, or until you have submitted documentation that the goods have been returned. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
TONI Copenhagen provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. The item can be returned for repair, exchange or credit. In connection with complaint cases, the shipment is paid for the return of TONI Copenhagen.
In the event of visible transport damage, we recommend that you reject the item upon delivery or receive it with reservations. In both cases, please contact TONI Copenhagen customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or +45 36 70 14 22 as soon as possible. Please provide your invoice number so that we can process your inquiry quickly and efficiently.
As our luminaires are only traded B2B, our prices are stated excl. VAT. Prices are therefore added 25% at checkout.
