Terms of trade

To make it easy to shop with TONI Copenhagen,

we introduce the following terms and conditions of trade.

Delivery terms

Delivery time is a maximum of 5 working days from the order

confirmation. For larger orders or special requests,

other delivery times may apply.

Complaint

Items received from TONI Copenhagen, must always

checked upon receipt and any errors and

deficiencies must be reported to TONI Copenhagen´s

customer service within 2 days. Should parts be missing

of the product or the like, this must also inform

within two days, otherwise TONI Copenhagen can choose

to reject the complaint.

In case of complaints, please contact TONI

Copenhagen´s customer service. Complaints are processed

in accordance with applicable law and there must always be

include the following documentation:

• Product type

• Surface

• Description of errors and omissions

• Product age

• Product no.

• Picture of the product and the reason for the complaint

• Receipt for the purchase

For repair and product service outside

the complaint period, a fixed service fee is added

pr. hour of DKK 350 excl. VAT, in addition to costs

associated with any spare parts.

Payment terms

The first order for new customers must be prepaid, by

subsequent orders are offered 30 days net.

As a TONI Copenhagen partner, all orders are placed on

TONI Copenhagen´s partnershop www.toni-copenhagen.dk.

Return deduction

If the returned products are returned in flawless

condition and without defects, no one is charged

return deduction.

Freight

Shipments within the EU are subject to a freight surcharge of

DKK 80 per order.

Prices are indicative consumer prices exile. VAT.

Reservations are made for price changes and possible printing error.
